Hi all,
After a few weeks of unsettled weather, and quite a bit of rainfall, the weather is going to settle down for a while. Unfortunately a lot of cloud to come and a cool-feel to boot.
Thursday: High pressure close by will mean plenty of dry weather with some bright spells. A fresh north-easterly wind. Chance of an isolated shower early and then late-afternoon/evening. Max 11°C
Friday: Little change, if anything more cloud feeding in from the east but generally dry once more after a cold start. Any breaks in the cloud overnight allowing temperatures to drop away. Max 11°C
Weekend: Mainly Overcast.
Saturday: A generally cloudy day, some low-cloud on the hills which could produce the odd pocket of drizzle. Otherwise quiet with little going on. Max 12°C
Sunday: No change. Feeling cool at times under a lot of cloud. Max 11°C
Outlook: Not much difference for most of Monday but as the wind swings more to the south, or southwest it will be slightly milder with rain lurking out west. Turning wet after that, especially midweek onwards and then cooler later in the week.
As we approach mid-October here are some of the latest stats for the month.
Max. Temp: 14.8°C
Min. Temp: 3.1°C
Total Rainfall: 94.2mm
Thanks,
Jon
